Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO)

TPO is a is one of the fastest growing roofing systems. It is a great alternative to traditional tar and gravel or modified bitumen systems. It consists of a single ply reflective membrane installed over poly-iso insulation boards. The membrane can be mechanically attached with screws or fully adhered to the roof. The seams are heat welded to provide a seamless waterproof system. The poly-iso insulation boards used are great for improving your buildings energy efficiency.

Metal Replacement

There are many different types of metal roofing systems. R-panel and standing seam are two of the most popular. When installed and maintained properly, metal roofing systems are great and last a long time. There is a variety of different patterns and colors as well. It’s important to know which metal roofing system is best for your building based on the slope and visibility of the roof.

Elastomeric Metal Roof Coatings

A metal roof coating is a great alternative to replacing the metal panels on your roof. Many times the metal panels on the roof are in good shape but the rubber washer on the roof fasteners has deteriorated. This can cause leaks. We apply an industrial strength sealant to all fasteners and seams to create a leak proof surface. We then apply high grade industrial coating material over the sealant to protect the entire roof. The white color of the coating keeps the roof cool and will lower the cooling costs of your building in the hot summer months.

Shingle Roofing

Shingle is the most common system used for residential roofing. There are many types of shingles for different types of roofs. The most commonly used and most inexpensive is a three tab shingle. This shingle is asphalt based and has three rectangle shaped parts evenly spaced apart. Another commonly used shingle is the dimensional shingle. This shingle is also asphalt based but has two layers of shingle material bonded together to give it a three dimensional appearance.

Metal Roofing, TPO, Elastomeric Coatings

Metal, TPO and elastomeric coatings are also used for residential roofs. They have all of the same qualities as explained above and they can all be utilized for residential applications depending on the type of roof.
